Refund Policy — The Origin Journal Founder Edition

The Origin Journal Founder Edition is a made-to-order, limited print of 50 numbered copies. Because each edition is produced in small batches, the following terms apply:

Before print commitment (on or before 15 June 2026): Full refunds are available for any reason within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please email hello@thehouseoforigin.co

After print commitment (from 16 June 2026): The print run goes to press once 50 Founder Editions are reserved or on 15 June 2026, whichever comes first. After this date, orders cannot be cancelled as production has begun. However, your order can be transferred to another recipient at any point before shipping.

Upon delivery: If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We cannot accept returns for change of mind on bespoke, numbered, signed editions.

Shipping: Journals ship from the United Kingdom in June/July 2026. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
