Shipping Policy
The Origin Journal Founder Edition is a pre-order product, hand-finished and shipped from the United Kingdom.
Production timeline: Orders are open until 50 Founder Editions are reserved or until 31 May 2026, whichever comes first. The print run is then committed and journals are produced through late June and early July.
Estimated delivery: Journals will ship from the United Kingdom in July 2026 at the latest. Delivery times after dispatch are approximate:
- United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- United States and Canada: 7-14 business days
- Rest of world: 10-21 business days
Customs and duties: International customers (outside the UK) may be charged customs duties or import taxes by their country's customs office. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking: All orders ship with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your journal is dispatched.
Lost or damaged parcels: If your journal arrives damaged, please email hello@thehouseoforigin.co within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund as appropriate. For lost parcels, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve.
